BEANS AND CARROT FRY

INGREDIENTS:-

Beans- 2 cups
carrot-2 cups
grated coconut-4 tsp
turmeric pwd-1/4 tsp
salt- to taste
sesame /nuvvula pwd-1 tsp
yendu mirchi/red chilli -3
jeera -1/2 tsp
garlic cloves-6
oil- 2 tsp


FOR SEASONING:-

Mustard seeds
chana dal ( senaga pappu)
urad dal (minna pappu)
curry leaves

PROCESS:-


  1. In a mixer ,take dry ingredients like jeera,garlic cloves n yendu mirchi n grind them n keep aside

  2. Cut the beans n carrot into small pieces n boil them with enough water n salt for 15 mins


3.Heat oil in a pan n do the seasoning.Then to dat add the
boiled carrot n beans n fry 4 sumtime


4.Den add turmeric n salt n for another 5 mins.

5.After they are 3/4 cooked ,add the grinded paste,sesame pwd n grated coconut n fry 4 another 5 mins n switch of the flame.

SERVE WITH HOT RICE OR ROTIS
