INGREDIENTS:-
FOR MARINADE:-
Boneless chicken -2 1bs
corn flour - 4 tsp
besan flour /senaga pindi-2 tsp
egg white -1 or 2
chilly pwd-1 tsp
turmeric pwd- 1/4 tsp
Ajinomoto( taste salt) -1/2 tsp
salt- to taste
garam masala pwd- 1tsp
ginger garlic paste- 1 tsp
Orange red color-2/3 drops
oil -for deep fry
FOR SEASONING:-
soya sauce-2 tsp
greenchilli sauce-2 tsp
ginger-1 inch (finely chopped)
garlic-6 cloves or any no(finely chopped)
onion-1 (cut into slit wise)
spring onions -finely chopped
green chillis-2
coriander- handful
cashews- handful
PROCESS:-
- Cut the boneless chicken into small pieces.
- To dat chicken add all the marinade items listed above n mix it well n let it marinate for 15- 20 mins.
