CHICKEN MANCHURIA

INGREDIENTS:-

FOR MARINADE:-

Boneless chicken -2 1bs
corn flour - 4 tsp
besan flour /senaga pindi-2 tsp
egg white -1 or 2
chilly pwd-1 tsp
turmeric pwd- 1/4 tsp
Ajinomoto( taste salt) -1/2 tsp
salt- to taste
garam masala pwd- 1tsp
ginger garlic paste- 1 tsp
Orange red color-2/3 drops
oil -for deep fry

FOR SEASONING:-

soya sauce-2 tsp

greenchilli sauce-2 tsp

ginger-1 inch (finely chopped)

garlic-6 cloves or any no(finely chopped)

onion-1 (cut into slit wise)
spring onions -finely chopped

green chillis-2

coriander- handful

cashews- handful

PROCESS:-

  1. Cut the boneless chicken into small pieces.
  2. To dat chicken add all the marinade items listed above n mix it well n let it marinate for 15- 20 mins.

3.Heat a pan n put oil in it for deep fry.After it gets heated up ,put the chicken pieces n deep fry in it till the piece sturn reddish brown.


4.Take them on to a paper towel to drain out excess oil.



5.Now keep the seasoning.



6.Take a pan ,add oil n fry the onions,gingergarlic ,green chillies .





7.Now add soy n chilli sauce n saute for another 2 mins.





8.Now add the fried chicken pieces n mix well for another 5 mins.


9.Finally garnish with chopped coriander




SERVE AS A SIDE DISH WITH HOT BIRYANI
