KUDUMULU

INGREDIENTS:-

biyyam ravva/rice ravva-1 cup
chana dal/pacchi senaga pappu -4 tsp (soak it in water for atleast 1/2 hr)
grated pachi kobbari (fresh/frozen)-3 tsp
salt-as per taste
water-1 n 1/2 cup
jeera (optional)

PROCESS:-

1.Take biyyam ravva , soaked chanadal,n gratec cocont n keep aside.

2.Take 1 n 1/2 cup water in a pan n add salt n bring it to a boil.Then add rava,senaga pappu n coconut n stir continuously so that no lumps are formed.

3.When its ready let it cool n make mediem sized balls out of it.


4.Take an idli pan or a bowl n place the kudumulu in that n place it in the idli cooker/pressure cooker (without whistle) n pressure cook it for 20 mins.
5.Let it cool for some time n den serve
SERVE IT HOT WITH COCONUT CHUTNEY OR MANGO PICKLE
