SPICY MASALA EGG CURRY WITH MILK.

INGREDIENTS:-

Eggs-4 (boil n remove the shell)
onions-2
tomatoes-1
green chiliies-3
ginger -1 inch
garlic-3 cloves
cumin seeds-1 tsp
cumin pwd- 1/2 tsp
chilly pwd- 1/2 tsp
turmeric pwd-1/4 tsp
salt- to taste
milk- 1 cup
coriander- handful
garam masala- 1tsp
oil- 3tsp

PROCESS:-

1.Boil eggs n remove the shells n keep length wise slits on them n keep aside
2.In a mixer take 1 onion ,green chillies,ginger n garlic n grind dem.


3.Take a pan ,add 2 tsp of oil .Den add cumin seeds n let them splutter .After dat add onions n fry dem till golden brown n den add tomatoes n let them cook till they get mashy texture.

4.Now add the grinded paste n fry it till oil comes out to the sides of the pan.If the gravy sticks to the pan add 1/2 cup water n let it fry.



5.Now add chilly pwd,turmeric pwd,salt,cumin pwds n stir for a min n den add the boiled eggs n let the eggs get cooked in the gravy.



6.Now add milk n keep on stirring continuously so that it doesnot curdle.
7.Now add garam masala n mix well n atlast garnish with coriander.




SERVE WITH HOT RICE OR ROTIS
