MANGO - COCONUT PACHADI/ KOBBARI MAMIDIKAYA PACHADI

INGREDIENTS:-

Mango-1 cup
coconut-1/2 cup (fresh/frozen)
dhaniya/coriander seeds- 1 tsp
jeera - 3/4 tsp
dry red chillies -5-6 /as per taste
garlic cloves-4

FOR SEASONING:-

Mustard seeds
jeera/cumin seeds
urad dal
chana dal
red chillies
curry leaves
oil

PROCESS:-

1.Take a pan add oil n fry coriander/dhaniya seeds n keep side.

2.To dat only addjeera,red chillies,garlic cloves n fry for a min n keep aside.


3.Cut mango n coconut n keep aside.


4.Now,ina mixer/blender take mango,coconut,fried dhaniya,jeera ,dry chillies n garlic cloves n add enough salt n grind it.


5.Now do the seasoning with the above listed ingredients.

6.Add it to the grinded paste.

SERVE WITH HOT RICE !!!!!!!!!!!
