INGREDIENTS:-
Mango-1 cup
coconut-1/2 cup (fresh/frozen)
dhaniya/coriander seeds- 1 tsp
jeera - 3/4 tsp
dry red chillies -5-6 /as per taste
garlic cloves-4
FOR SEASONING:-
Mustard seeds
jeera/cumin seeds
urad dal
chana dal
red chillies
curry leaves
oil
PROCESS:-
1.Take a pan add oil n fry coriander/dhaniya seeds n keep side. 2.To dat only addjeera,red chillies,garlic cloves n fry for a min n keep aside.
