PANEER SOUP

Its a very easy and a very tasty recipe that is done with 15-20 mins if we have all the vegetables cut ready.Its also a very healthy recipe as it contains all the vegetables of high nutritional value
n here is the process.

INGREDIENTS:-

Paneer - 1 cup (cut into long slits)
cabbage-1/2 cup ( chopped slitwise)
carrot - 1/2 cup (cut slitwise)
spring onions - 1/2 cupchopped finely
onions-1
ajinomoto/taste salt -3/4 tsp
salt-to taste
oil/butter-2 tsp
soya sauce-1 tsp
chilli sauce-1 tsp
tomato sauce- 1 tsp
pepper (black/white)-3/4 tsp
water -3 cups
cornflour-2-3 tsps
garlic cloves-chopped finely
lemon juice- 1 tsp

PROCESS:-

1.Cut cabbage,paneer,onions ,springonions n carrot lengthwise n keep aside

2.Heat a pan,add butter/oil n fry onions,then add chopped cbbage n carrot n fry for a few mins.(Don't over fry them )


3.Den add paneer n fry for 1 min.Den add ajinomoto,salt ,pepper pwd,garlic cloves,all the sauces n saute for 1 min .


4.Den add 3 cups of water n bring to a boil.Den add 1 tsp of vinegar/lemon juice

5.Atlast add chopped spring onions n saute for another 1 mins n switch of the flame .

SERVE HOT WITH ANY APPETIZERS OR WITH PAPADS.
