SPRING ONIONS CURRY WITH VEGGIES

INGREDIENTS:-

spring onions -2 (diced into small pieces)
potato -1
tomato-1
capsicum-1(diced into small pieces)
cloves or lavanga -3
dalchina/ cinnamon stick -1
mustard seeds -1/2 tsp
cashews- 2 tsp
turmeric pwd- 1/4 tsp
chilly pwd-1/2 tsp
sambar pwd - 1 tsp
grated coconut (fresh or frozen)-3 tsp
tamarind paste-1/2 tsp
oil -2tsp
salt- to taste
NOTE:- U CAN ADD ANY NO.OF VEGETABLES IF U WANT .(EX:- BEANS, CARROTS)

PROCESS:-

  1. Cut all the vegetables into small pieces
2.Heat a pan and add sum oil n den add cloves n cinnamon .After dey r done ,add cashews n mustard seeds n let mustard seeds splutter.
3.Then add potato n capsicum pieces n let dem cook for 7-8 mins


4. Now add spring onions n tomatoes ( both spring onions and tomatoes get cooked very fast,so need to add them after potatoes r cooked) and saute them for 5 mins
Wow look how colorful


5.Now add turmeric,chilly,sambar pwds ,salt n tamarind paste n add 3/4 glass of water n let dem cook for sum time.

6.Do check for salt n atlast add grated coconut n switch of the stove after 5mins.



SERVE WITH HOT ROTIS OR PURIS.IT TASTES VERY GOOD.
